Ours, made by BreraMilano 1930 since the early 1900's, is a simple soft nougat made of egg whites and honey mixed with toasted nuts and citrus. Typically enjoyed after meals with an amaro or digestif, we think it's delicious anytime you want a chewy sweet treat!
