SHIPPING

We'll ship your order via UPS to any of the 50 United States
All orders will have 3-5 days of processing time after the order was placed.
We are unable to ship to AP or P.O. Boxes (unless the P.O. Box has a physical address)
Shipping is always based on how much you spend and expediency of delivery.
Perishable items must ship UPS Next Day Saver to ensure quality.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Before your order is fully submitted, the UPS Ground Residential shipping fee will appear. You can always choose a faster method of shipping service prior to checking out, and the final total amount to be charged to your account will then appear:

 

UPS Ground: For added conveniences and savings, we can ship to your business address. Delivery is up to 5pm local time, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.
   

UPS 2nd Day Air: For delivery within two business days after ship date by end of business day.

UPS Next Day Air: Next day delivery by 10:30a.m.
   

WINE SHIPMENTS

Due to Federal and State laws, wine sold over the internet can only be delivered to the following states:

Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

We hope that you and those who have received your gifts have enjoyed the products we have selected for their artisan and authentic quality. However, if for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, we will gladly replace or will offer a refund. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
 

Please notify Customer Service of your return at customerservice@agferrari.com. They will provide you with additional information related to your return. When returning product(s), please wrap them in sturdy packaging to prevent damage in transit.

Return the package to the address below via your preferred delivery method.

Remember to insure your package since we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.

Exchanges and returns will be processed upon receipt of your package. Please allow for longer processing time during holiday periods.

Orders placed by credit card will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of purchase. Orders placed by gift card, check or money order will be refunded to a gift card and sent to the address of your choosing.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders unless the product(s) were received damaged or defective.

Online orders may not be returned to a retail store.
